THE HOW
Once we’ve met and discussed your sampling goals, we’ll provide you with a tailored quote based on the number of units you wish to distribute.
Step 1: Campaign Launch
Your digital sampling campaign will launch across Meta platforms (Instagram and Facebook), featuring your brand with targeted creative. Consumers who engage will be directed to a custom-branded landing page dedicated to your product.
Step 2: Product Selection & Fulfilment
Interested participants can select the product they wish to sample and will cover the courier cost, giving them a small stake in the trial.
Our fulfilment team will pack and send out products on a weekly basis. You can also include marketing collateral such as discount codes, flyers, or QR codes in each courier bag.
Step 3: Real-Time Feedback
After receiving their sample, customers will be emailed a short feedback form. This consists of 6 key questions, which can either be provided by you or selected from our standard set. If a participant doesn’t complete the survey on the first attempt, we’ll follow up with a series of gentle reminder emails.
To ensure quality engagement, participants who fail to provide feedback will be blacklisted from future campaigns.
Step 4: Data & Insights
Once responses are gathered, our data team will convert the findings into clear, easy-to-read reports, complete with visual graphs and actionable insights, giving you real, honest feedback from real consumers.
